Join Dr. Shaun “Skye” LaChute as she teaches us to magically create four meals from one chicken. With an emphasis on fresh, organic plant-based ingredients she will help us to learn to stretch our food dollar while not compromising on taste or nutrition. The concepts you will learn can easily be translated to other meals.
