Business Luncheons are the Chamber member’s opportunity to really dial into what’s happening in our community. Every month there is a new speaker that will discuss the issues that are most pressing to businesses. It is also a great time to meet other business professionals. Monthly luncheon meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of each month, 11:30 am – 1 pm. Cost is $15/person. Tips for the Best Luncheon...
1What time should I arrive?
The doors open at 11:30. We set aside about 15 minutes at the beginning of each luncheon for attendees to network and talk to one another. The sooner you arrive, the more time you will have to talk to your fellow business owners!
2How much does it cost?
$15. The money goes to cover the cost of your meal. If you would like to support the Chamber, feel free to buy raffle tickets at the door!
3How do I promote my business?
You are welcome to bring enough flyers, handouts, or cards for each place setting (we recommend 30-40 for the average luncheon). We also offer Bang for a Buck, where for $1 you have 30 seconds to promote your business or event.
Each month, we offer the opportunity to sponsor the luncheon. For $125, your business will be featured in the newsletters leading up to the luncheon, listed on the front page of our site, and you will have 5 minutes to talk about your business at the start of the luncheon.
You can also donate a raffle item to receive a special thanks during the luncheon, and as a way to entice people to come experience more of your business.

4How can I support the Chamber at these luncheons?
Along with your luncheon ticket, we offer raffle tickets at the door. All proceeds go to support Chamber functions. We encourage donations from our local businesses to this raffle, as an additional chance to promote your business.
5I have food allergies...
When we know in advance, we can work with our caterer to provide options that will fit almost all dietary needs. Send us an email at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you.
6Can only Freeland Chamber members attend?
Absolutely not! While we love the chance to see our members each month, Freeland Chamber luncheons are open to the public. We encourage general public, new businesses, or new-to-us businesses to join us, learn more about their community and fellow businesses, and enjoy a nice lunch with us.
7What if I'm interested in being a Speaker?
We carefully select our speakers based on interest from our members and topics that are relevant and important to them. We do not allow speakers that simply want a half hour to self-promote their business.
